Whats the best talentree for Marksman Hunter (Trueshot Aura) and max crit?

I'm no expert on hunters, but from what I understand you need a hell of a lot of agility from items before Lightning Reflexes give you more dps then trueshot aura and ranged weapon spec.

If you look at the spec my hunter has you can see what I would recommend for a blue-equipped hunter. But as I said, I'm no expert on the area.

with that spec you are more in melee then a warrior  :narnar:

thats not true though but its more like a melee build you have there.

for PvP its great but not for PvE, you are more ranged then melee there.

First of all If u want Max Crit wy havent u chosed 3 points in Killer instinct? :blink:

Second its right that if u dont have Agility over 330 then the TSA gives u more AP then LR! (1 Agi = 2 AP)-->333 Agix0.15 = ~50 Agi so it equal to TSA

But the other hand Agility gives u higher crit% TSA wont give U that!

Iam considering Respeccing to Survival instead of MM but i have 450+ Agi now so that would benefit me, on the other hand TSA benefits raid so its a hard decision! :whistle:

I dont know ur gear and i dont have the time to check it but I think u can respec for a better Crit build then the one u have!

U are so right Bastet! TSA is 100 AP and thats equal to 50 Agi! So therefor if u get more then 50 Agi from LR then u get more then 100 AP!

But if you go that far down in survival you will also miss ranged weapon spec which is 5% more damage.

Edit: And you will just be able to get one point in barrage.

think ime going with this spec,

or remove 3 from imp hunters mark and put them in surefooted, but i doubt it

If a hunter has more then 333 AGI and +0.92% crit a 30s/21mm build will yield more DPS with auto-shot then any other build. (don't feel like posting the match, but I did calculate it ).

However, 'ranged weapons specialication' also influences the damage of some of your shots (like multi-shot and aimed-shot). Because of this you will need an enormous amount of agility to compensate for that. Even without taking 'barrage' into account and considering the fact that true-shot aura can be leeched.

I don't think it's possible to attain a higher amount of DPS with a 30s/21mm spec with the gear that is currently in the game. But if you got a very little amount of int (or run out of mana very fast), it might be worth considering.

i can Agree with Sandrion on some cases, But considering the increased Critical hit % from survival spec i think that the Amount of dmg that comes out from Survival will be greater! If u go Survival u get +3% crit from killer instinct, and atleast 1% from the extra agility even more, dont really know the calc behind it:blush2: but in combat its the critdmg that kills and boost ur DPS.
 
So a sum up from survbuild would be:
 
* Atleast 4% extra crit
* Armor, Dodge and parry bounuses from the agility
 
I am nowadays Survival specced and i must say that my dmg and dps increased alot and my PvP got a real boost. But thats my 2cents:flirty:
