I think we have seen the attendance lately at the 40 man raids (BWL is about 25% of the raid RG2) in MC we barely can get a bit over 30. however this also happens a lot at the 20 man raids. Atm i am pretty pissed off with this cause we skipped a lot of raids lately or it went total shit cause of no class balance or ppl dont listen. Also the raids are 80% RG2 ppl(nothing against them but RG1 outgears them a bit). Seems like ppl only join for easy loot and they easyly think i can join again in 2 weeks etc.

Personally i have had it with this and imo we can do a few things about it.

We can totally stop the 20 man raids for a while and maybe ppl then join.

We can say only switch to another instance oif we did the other 1. (loads of ppl for zg 9easy loot etc) and not much for aq(hey why wipe if we can get easy junk in ZG).

continue as it is. ( and we know the results from it).

If i sound pissed of in this post, yes i am.
So also see this post a bit to let of steam though i mean everything i mention here and personally i think we should stop the 20 man raids for a while and see how ppl like that.

I would agree with you Luna and understand the frustration. Maybe give it two weeks and then restart? I just wish a two week break would help the 40 man raids

I agree with TL... maybe the period where the SoGmeet is, would be a ideal time for the break.. cause we will not be able to raid those say anyway..
And a break would get people the sense they are missing something

And give the Commanders and officers a break to get some air, cause i takes some amount of time prep and org these things, i know the 40 man takes more time than the 20, but we spend a lot of time discussing stuff like this

I can not agree on this. yes we wont be able to raid then but then it also wont have the desired effect i think. If ppl are there for the SOG meet they wont miss raiding at all.

I got the idea that to maximise the effect of the break we could hold both breaks at the same time

I think a lot of this is due to summer vacation, and since we already raid 2-3 days a week, a lot of people dont have time to raid anymore than that. I Know that from myself, when im prioritising my raid days, i often have to discard the AQ/ZG raids because i also sometimes have a life

yeah we know a lot has exams and vacation, but we cant even make a 20 man grp anymore.. we have like 100 lvl 60 but today we had like 9 who wanted to go..

That maybe true but you are 1 how many ppl we have in guild? about 200 i guess..
We got 9 YES the grand amount of 9 signups.... Tell me that much ppl are on vacation? Atm i am wondering why there is a commanders rank cause there are no 20 man raids anyway cause of lack of interest.

Well i dont count on it like you said the holiday season is starting and a lot of ppl will be gone for a certain amount of time. The problem for me is i dont see a solution here (hence i rant, need to do something) and attendance will drop for a few months now (and after that the next exams prolly so we will continiue this). I think and know the officers do their best for this and they got my respect for that. But i just dont see it getting any better (maybe if the next raid is zg its prolly full cause more ppl want it and ofc Rg2 still does join so then the group will maybe be full again.......)

i dont count on it either, but i could see why some ppl rather not raid at this time... to be honest its far to hot to do much and ppl might want to get out more. Also for me personly i tend to skip AQ20 cause with internship my spare time is pritty limited and as such id prefer to keep a few days off (else id raid all days of the week, now i got 2 nites to just fool arround with alts and so). Maybe we should suspend all 20 man raids for the summer. And i think that we will have to do the same (or maybe run a single group) in 40 man raids in july and august which is holiday season.

The problem of cancelling raids will be ppl then want to raid in a snap and they make their own group wihch makes it when we start again hard to get back on track (not to mention chaos). But we gonna test that by not having a raid tomorrow. Lets see how ppl react.
