Hello everyone,
                         Well I'll tell you what you probably already know. Practically new to the game(CS), I suck, and I love this game. I have been practicing day and night trying to get better; I'm improving, not at record speed but little by little.
I'm in the process of getting all I need to play productively i.e. headset, good mouse, pad and trigger time. Any suggestions? Looking at Razr and G5. Headset will probably Logi. 350, but not sure. I would be happy to hear any comments on this, as you would know better than me. From Florida, married with children, 29, former USMC. Thats pretty much it, any tips or tricks you could teach me would be great(I need all the help I can get).

Hi there and welcome.
Tips:
-When you die (and you die alot the first few games), go in to spectate and follow the best player on the server so you can see how he moves and what he does.
-Learn the maps. Most maps are easy but some requier some tactics. Know what your objective is on the map and stick to it.

Must say that the mouse isn't that important (for me). I'm still playing with my old mouse. I do use a Nostromo N52 but this is only for my hands because I use a keyboard alot for my work.
A decent headset is for me the most important thing. I play by sound + radar and can hear people rush on the other side of the map sometimes.

Few other tips: In advanced options: make your radar look solid.
Other hints: Use Rzzh's helper. This is a buyscript which is allowed by the whole CS-community. In pressing 2 buttons you'll have full equipment then which helps you getting out of spawn much quicker.

Must say that the mouse isn't that important (for me).

I would be lost without  a 5 button mouse.

I have a razer Diamondback atm, i had an intellimouse explorer before. Think i prefered the Intellimouse, but i got used to this one and wouldn't swap back.
