QuoteNetwork Outage

Hi All,

As of 5pm today, our network has gone down - this was caused by the failure of a core switch with our upstream provider. The technicians are currently on-site trying to fix the problem, but as of yet, we are not sure of a time-scale for repair. Clanplanet would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and assure you that we are doing our best to get all services back online as soon as possible.

Regards,

Clanplanet Support.

Update 20:15 16/02/2010

We have a new estimated time to fix the current network issues.
Connectivity should be restored by 20:45. A worst-case ETA has been given of 22:30

Clanplanet Support

We will shortly be moving dMr off of Ventrilo and onto our new Teamspeak3 server.

This will save us money (Ventrilo isn't free) and allow us more configuration options. As you're probably aware, wheel button bindings for push-to-talk did not work very well in TS2 hence the move to Ventrilo but I'm pleased to say that there's no such issue with TS3 :)

Get your TS3 client here.

You can test your client on our server when you're ready. Details on the 'Server Password' thread. Please post any issues you find.

When Jamin is happy to do so we can set a date for the official migration.

If you have not already made the switch to TS3, I'd suggest doing it immediately - we're about to get cut off as I did not pay their renewal bill!

Some FAQs or even this thread title might need updating to match the new TS3 use.
