Something I should have posted long ago, so my apologies that it is not until now that this is done.  We issued an email and got only 47 responses from the entire guild, not in itself a good sign considering we have 127  SoG Members on the forums PLUS all the Officers.  The responses have been paraphrased to fit on succinct answer, but here is roughly what was said:

100% means they expect to be at all raids.
