*Pilgaard - I have some concerns about his behavior, he dosent seem very mature, and uses a lot of WT-F, OMFG. Last raid i told him to read forums, he did reply "i read what evar i wanna read" - when he whispers for items, I get spammed. I feel like we constantly have to correct him, and remind him of things that goes for granted. Did anyone else notice?

Elenionet - She'll be back - I think.
Mirriana - Soldier, untill he gets back.
Suria - Soldier
Pilgaard - Lets give him a chance to correct. And lets help him in the right direction.
Bunfur - I say lets keep him as Defender. Id like to hear if he plans to play more, tho he might be preventet cauz work.
Priori - Soldier, he plays, but dosent raid.
Yliana - Soldier
Werful - Like to hear from him first, will he play or not?
Sheperdbook - Soldier
Odesa - Keep her, and see if she can fullfill the attendance req.
Asmoden - Lets see what the future brings. Think he wants to join RG1 as his GF is there (same raids days - Jariuna btw.)
Jemeny - Lets see what the future brings
Lusken - Soldier, lets get a better attendance rogue
Eärwen - Soldier, lets get a better attendance rogue
Gilzuur - Keep him, and see if he can fullfill the attendance req.

What goes for Werful he shoud be back soon for the att. of raids. Atm he got some problems with his nabour, that dont want him to play as much atm becouse he just lost his GF.

As said before Snuz I will try to contact when I get the chance and hear what she has to say.

Beside this I totaly agree on the demoting, if ppl have been contacted and dont have the chance to up there att.

And RG2 really need some more mages with some att.

Yes, I noticed. Last night he asked in raidchat, why the DKP site wasnt working? I answered him that he clearly didnt read the forums, as it has been written here AND in the GMOTD that it got moved. He replied "lol, i read what I want to read".

He allways use bad language and uses a lot of TANGOs in guild chat, raid chat ect.

And otherwise a very nice post, Sazgul. For myself, I work in shifts. One week I work from 06.00-14.00 at these days I can raid. The other week I work from 14.00-22.00 and I can raid from 22.20 in these weeks.

Ok, so what im after is a confirmation on those ive listet, ill will then send them an ingame mail to confirm wether or not they can fullfill their upcomming raid duties.

Just be aware that before you do that you have to agree the duties, then get general agreement to 'the duties' before you can hold anyone to book over not meeting them.  At the moment their reply would correctly 'go away' or words to that effect.

Yliana ranks under the 'immature' and 'probably retired' bracket.  He left SoG, then applied to come back a while later.  He wanted RG1 and we woudl not give it to him as we had no slots in RG1 and we did not recruit into RG1 directly in any case.  We told him if he cam eback it woudl have to be through RG2.  His response after accepting the invite was to then post about 2 days later and say 'as I can;t raid with my friends in RG1 and as it is a waste of time me raiding with RG2 I will go play on another server with an alt until an RG1 slot opens up'.

Chances of Yliana ever being given an RG1 slot?  Zero percent.
Chances of Yliana getting demoted to Soldier?  100%.

Pilgaard, have a quiet word with him and just remind him that this is a mature guild and that his continual use of Tangos makes him stand out from the crowd in a bad way.  There will always be sporadic swearing and cussing, but it should never be habitual and it is positive to see other members gently 'slapping' someone who errs.  I myself usually whisper them, so don;t think you're along in telling someone to behave.

Well Marshalls, we shall take to future of RG2 under treatment during/after RG2 raid tomorrow, we can discuss it there, and the post here to get the needed acceptance from officers. (prob. best if Bastet, Vargen or TL would communicate it out on forums in a post)
As TL states, this has to be in position before we contact people, tho I would reccomend to demote the following right away;

Yes we cant demote ppl based on attendance just yet. We should have a big TS chat sometime soon, thursday before the raid is normaly when most of us (both field and normal marshals) are online, so we should set a time then for fryday/saterday/sunday? There is also some other stuff we might want to discuss

To tell people we want to see them more to raids, right? but how much to we want them to come?

And I think when we decide how much, we have to announce to whole RG2 and tell them the new demand and see who will stay in RG2 with this requirement.
First after this is done, I think we can demote and promote people.

Could we make a application for defender spot for soldiers as it is done for guardian spot?

Yes, we can do that, but first we need to agree and implement a attendance requirement. before that we cannot do anything. After that ill help you with recruitment.
