I did have conversation with Elenionet this Saturday afternoon and she did accept a demote because she was not able to comply with the attendance requirement at the moment but was ready again after the 18. august.

She was sad to lose her defender spot and if it was possible she would like to keep it, but if not there was no hard feeling and she will apply for a defender spot when she is back.

She was interest in to know when she will be demote(if we do that) so she could be online and I told her to contact TL or Bastet about that.

I did have small conversation with Odesa today and she told at is ready to comply with the attendance requirement but she will have a small problem sometimes because she work in the evenings sometimes.

The Marhals had a chat on our Ventrilo server this night, and we agreed on who to Promote/Invite and who to Demote!

so there in comes the question of why we suddenly have an attendance.. the whole reason for the defender rank was that it was for those of us who could not meet the attendance rec for RG1..

and as soon as the forum works correctly for me I'm gonna post a thread about this.. :tongue:

Well I think we should draw his attention to the numerous posts on forum regarding RG2/Defender issues, and I really think he should read up on forums when he gets online, and the he could post.

You just cant expect that when you leave for 1Â½ month and come back the situation will be the same. People dont come to a stand still just because you werent around.

But as we have already decided, he shall have his chance for fullfilling the attendance req.
But him posting about why we changed req. for RG2 wont help, it is decided.

Nothing has really change we still raid 2 times a week, now we just require people to be there... Thats not too much to ask.
