Could we send a ingame mail to people with low attendance with the following text:

Hi dear member of SoG's RG2

There has been a chance in the attendance requirements(you need to meet to 4 out of 6 raids in the future) for members of SoG's RG2 form next raid.

But we have monitor the raids for the last 16 raids and can see you have a very low attendance in this raids.
So we are very interest in to hear what you intention for the future is with RG2.
Will you be able to fulfil attendance requirements in the future or do you not want to raid with RG2 any longer?

Is shall not be a secret at we will demote you to Soldier if you not are able to fulfil attendance requirements from now on.
You can ofc any time apply for a Defender spot when you are ready to fulfil the attendance requirements

This is just my suggestion but I will really like to meet with they others Marshal's on TS to discuss this matter so we have something to bring to the officers and can have sort it out before next raid so people have a chance to do someting about it if they want to stay in RG2.

So dear Marshal's colleague could we meet on TS tonight 19.30 to discuss this?
Please post another time/date if you are prevent to meet.

As a reminder, long therm failure to make your attendance might result in a demotion to the rank of soldier. You will then be unable to raid untill a spot opens up once again.

Not sure that i should comment on this, but im gonna do it anyways  

One thing i noticed is that you seem to be looking for just 1 person to replace deadlyspirit. Its ok that you have 1 primary raid leader but others should be able to lead it as well. When we are lacking TL (yes it happens sometimes) in RG1, there are others who can take over, maybe not as good, but we get there. Now, i might've missed the point, but if i did.... i stand corrected.

The text to send out looks fine. One thing you need to think about is that when RG2 was started, it was under the pretence that it was for people who couldnt/wouldnt raid as much. This is not a criticism, just so might know that certain people might see the higher requirement as a step down for them as they might not be able to make it.

Make no mistake, i know how important it is to have a steady raid group from week to week, so i think that you are doing the right thing.

We have 2 person who can replace Deadly if he is prevent(Siffredi and Sazgul) so I think it is a main leader we are seeking for.

Why not send them in game mail telling them to read their forum mail?  Then you can say what needs to be said properly.  If you try to condense the message to much you loose the message.  For example your above quoted message can be condensed to mobile phone text size thus:

Attend 4/6 or kicked. Be there. Love from Marshalls.

Now I'm not quite sure that's what you want to say.

We are trying to help RG2 progress and develop as a successful raid group. We can only do this with a better level of attendance than we currently experience. If someone cannot commit sufficiently to RG2 then we will need to consider their rank and possibly demote to the rank of soldier to make way for another member who can commit the time to take their place. We hope to avoid this but do not see any alternative course of action.

We look forward to hearing from you how you believe you will fit into RG2 under the new attendance requirement.
