Kreuz means food - in German

So i was driving around in Germany the other day and suddenly i come past an area where Kreuz apparantly have a huge impact on their food choice

I could have told you a long time ago that Kreuz means Cross or Crossing in German

AFAIK it does just mean cross, as in 'kreuz der straße' means cross the street
and it's pronounced kroytz, to those people who pronounce it crooz
