Razielod / Rexon leaving the guild

I had a chat with Razielod last night who said that he was very sorry, but he felt he had to leave the guild along with Rexon because the summer was here and he wasnt able to raid that much.
 
He also wanted to play more with his friends who are in Righteous, but that wasnt the primary reason and its not certain they are joining RG at this point anyway
 
Ofcoz i tried to talk him out of it, but he was already decided and is probably gonna leave the guild later tonight.
 
If someone would like to take an additional talk with him, feel free to do so but im not sure that he will change his mind

i cant say anything else then bastet did. I had no idea they where thinking about leaving. That will be a set back cause razie is 1 of the top druids and rexon is if he knows what to do is a good tank also.

My understanding from a discussion with Razie was that he actually deleted his character 'Razielod'. Now I may have misunderstood, but he asked me to kick his alt etc I went to kick Razie too and he was not in the Guild list.  Now I knwo he was there a min ago as he was talking in gchat to the rest of the Guild.  So I guess when you delete a character then you get removed from glist.  Logs showed no gquiot between his olast talking in gchat and me failing to find him to kick him.  Liek the above posters, I'm disappointed.
