On the Marshal's meeting Monday evening, we decide to welcome the following people in RG2.

We will have to say goodbye to:

The mage "Zaurus" we will like to replace Deadly when he leave, if he will respec.
 
We have not could find place to the following people in RG2:

Drakdaedaren
Zerithin
Nightshadel
Lethalrogue
Xyco
Bobbyus
Narashimuz
Urdead
 
We have at the moment decide not to take in a extra class member in any class before we see the people's attendance.

Thanks for the feedback.  

May I suggest to preserve the sanity of the rest of us that someone has a quiet word with Bobbyus and Tini to explain things?  

I know Bobbyus is desperate to get back to raiding and whilst I can see very quickly that you have not got any Paladins up there he might not unless you tell him.   He may also be interested in some idea of the timescale over which a review might happen.  

Likewise Tini pestered me yesterday, so it woudl be good to have a chat to him too.

Basically speak to anyone in Guild who applied, they'll need a little more TLC than external applicants.

We will start the invite/upgrade process ASAP and will issue in game mails to them all this morning.

Regarding Bobbyus, we decided to take a talk with Werful, as we don't think he are meeting the standards we are setting. Slacking in raids, leaving too early, forgetting regs ect. If he believes he can fullfill it, he will stay, if he can't then Bobbyus is the next one on the list!

I think you should take Bobby in and replace Werful. Last time i was in MC with him he "refused" to buff if it wasnt on a boss, and i had to force him to do it and get "diplomatic" with him, and that was kinda disappointing

Werful has been a bit of a handfull, his understanding of english dont seam to be too great, and at times he refuses to do stuff, but can we demote him for that?

Well that is up to the Marshals. If we feel it's the right thing to do, then I really think it would be the best thing, as it would secure us further on in our progress.
 
Can the other Marshals post there oppinions here, so we can get it clear as soon as possible?

Well Werful is an odd player, because hes quite friendly to speak with, but he does seems to slack on his runs and leave early and so on, so basicly i think that we need a dedicated player instead...

Slightly off-topic, but a name ot hang on to for the future would be Darlin (Mage).  He actually mailed back to find out why he failed in hsi RG1 applicationa nd to understand what he needs to do to get it right in the future.  That's a first and it shows he has a good head on his shoulders.  Looking at his application further it appears he is an officer in hsi current guild too, so I have told him what he needs to do and ecouraged him to apply to RG2 next time there is an opening, so if you run short of mages let him knwo please.

I think a replacment of Werful will be the right thing but does he not deserve a chance to do better if we told him what we expect from him an tell him we are not satisfied with he's work at the moment.
 
My personal opinion is we should replace him ASAP - he don't deserve more chances:thumbsdown:

The marshals have been monitoring the attendance over the last 2 months (or 16 raids) and we have seen that attendance has been very low in this period.
 
Your attendance over the last 16 raids has been low and that's why we have decide to get a replacement for you in RG2.
 
You are of cause welcome to apply for a spot in RG2 again when we get a free spot.

A few comments on the issues in this post.
 
Werful, well he had many chances as it is. I would agree with a demote on him, and promote Bobbyus. But shall Werful be given another chance?
 
Darlin vs. Zaurus, well if TL could reccomend Darlin we might wanna consider him over Zaurus as he's fire specced?
 
Too many rogues Defenders, Marshalls cant we count? was also getting kinda late, lets have a relook on this one.
