Dalto put up a post about him "leaving" the guild. I'd like to see him back somehow and since i dont know all the details about it, and if we had some options to have him back, i thought i'd put up an post to discuss this
 
So can anyone explain the situation, and explain if its a closed area or if we have some options. Like, are all the other rogues at a good enough attendance rate or can we pull the plug on some of the newly invited f.ex.
 
This dude been with us for ages, so if he could get his attendance back up, i'd like to see him back

Happy to explain it on TS.  He had the undivided attention of Bastet and mne for over an hour yesterday and some very basic messages did not seem to sink into his head.

In his own words no he cannot get his attendance back up.  What he wants is to be in an RG1 where he turns up and gets into the raid when he can.  His attendance record to date is apalling - the reasons for absence are good, the person is nice (but clearly angry yesterday), but the rationale for his demotion was sound.  We spent over an hour yesterday explaining why and apologising for having to act and he still went and gquit.

If this is the case, then we cant take him back, thats pretty apparant
 
I had a minor discussion with Menedil in GC yesterday afternoon, and he doesnt seem to get it either, or he's just ****ed at the way we did it, which wasnt exactly pretty i had to admit.
 
Lets hope that we learned something from this episode and lets be a bit more slow on the trigger-happy button the next time and give the guildies some time to explain themselves, and then demote them if necessary.

Errr, I think we did all that this time Padding.  Which bit of it did you miss?  And if someone is not online and only turns up for raids then its kind of tough to avoid kicking them 'just before a raid'.
