My old one went over Nasty Old man TeaLeaf's wall and he won't give it back.

Go to ur cstrike folder find pldecal right click/properties and change it from TL's read only. Save the wad i sent you (as stated before for backups) in a safe place and copy it into the said folder when asked to replace click yes.
Next restart ur system in dos type format C: and press enter and vuala fixed.  :D
