Spi to Guardian

I think its no secret he wants to move up to guardian, to play w/ his brother xyco. The question thus becomes can the marshals afford to let him go? RG1 could def do w/ another warlock, and Dalto could help out as he earlyer stated he could raid on chuffy if no spot was free for dalto. discuss away.

It largely depends on whether he can learn to shut up - I listened in on RG2 last night and at times the Marhsalls had trouble getting a word in edgeways......

Re the second point I do not want anyone other than mains in BWL, we have enough trouble in there still as it is.  When it is like *MC* to us then maybe we should change, but not now imo.  If we need locks we should recruit.  I also know one in dMw, I'll ask him if he is interested.  Not T1 spec, but he might be up for it.

Aye TL I agree - Spi can be a bit of a problem to shut up, regardless of you telling him to stay off TS with tactics and so forth. :biggrin:
 
But I had hoped we could stop people from RG2 -> RG1 all the time. I would be sad to lose his DPS, and exp. We are currently planning to start off in BWL in a matter of weeks. As a reward for people clearing MC thursday, then we will probably reward them with OL then BWL try after on mondays.
 
But I say, if he really wants to move, let him, BUT we need a new T1 geared warlock as replacement. Atm. tho, I see the lock class as the one we can mostly spare one from, as we have at least 4-5 locks every time. (this not counting Spi)
 
But would rather see him stay.
