common sense seams to be in short supply these days though. i myselfs never take items i expect to replace shortly.

And would like to add that I have had a study in the art of Gun versus Bow!:smile:
 
And my scientific conclusion is that Dmgwise over time the Gun is the winner by 2 inches or so! But in short term the Bow outclass the gun!!
 
Therefore (sadly)i must say that for hunters the Bow are a better equip for most of the time especially for PvP! In raids the gun is better due to not that high crits that the slower Bow will produce.
 
When it comes to the Xbow of smiting it will even outclass the Blessed Musket from AQ! because of the slow rate of fire! I have come to the same conclusion when it comes to melee weapons for hunter a slow polearm and raptorstrike are real good in PvP! u will easily crit 1K!
 
This has Made me as a dwarf Sad as i dont like to use stick and string but i will subdue to that the bows/xbows are better for hunter as it is today:whistle:
P.S But a Xbow is alomst a gun:norty:
