Asmoden will be finishing late on Thursday so may miss the first part but please put in queue.

RG1 uses the rules that no1 can request the que ahead of time, or save a spot for a specific person that might be on the way. (Exceptions are made when needed to preserve class balance). This cause priority should go to the ppl that are there on time.
 
Sujestion, if he wants in the queue ahead of time, put him in the last spot, so he doesnt get a unfair advantage over ppl that are there at invite time.

/agree Bastet - one cannot reserve 1st spot in queue. He may whisper for queue when he comes online.
