As seen here the marduk regrets buying an item, namely the girdle of the fallen crusader. further down the topic deadlyspirit has the same, but with ringo's blizzard boots. Now they want to refund the crystals and get dkp returned.

Personably i dont have a problem with returning dkp, but there should be a few rules, now personably i was thinking: no one else whisperd for the item, its posted on forum within 2 days after raid, and there should be a penalty, so just refunding NC isnt enough, maybe have them get something like 300g/5flaks of titans/6 nexus crystals?

As always, discuss away.

I think its ok to replace an item as long as we have a feeling that they didnt take it, just to take it and if they regret it the next day f.ex.

Then they should replace it, with the nexus count

We shouldnt impose them too hard i think

Ragnarh

Just let me drop my blacksmiting and take up enchanting .
And give me back dkp spent on Might.

Simple ansver to question NO

You are in a 40 man raid think before you whisper OMG gimme.
All handouts are final unless fault lies with ML .THE END

it does say within 2 days of handout, so your might set is to old for that. just saying the some ppl do put some thought into it, and end up buying something that the might not want in the first place

I have to agree with Ragnarh on this one.

I tend to lean towards Ragnarh's opininon here too. I think a lot of people have items they have just saved from the cuel hand of DISENCHANTING:byesad:
I know I would have liked some stupid items refunded then at least. Even though it was fun meleeing Duplo inside IF with the dagger from Garr. Rogues were like "WTF! Why do you have that!".

I think we should just leave it at the "no refunds" policy, and ask everyone to take a few extra seconds to think before asking for items. It could cause more harm then good doing this imo.

No refunds is I think an acceptable policy.  You whispered, you wanted, you bought.  No refunds.

The problem with doing any other kind of rule (like no other whispers) is that often these things are decided in class channel or by inter-member whisper and so the ML or officers may not always know who did not whisper due to a prior agreement with others of the same class.
