To all admins: I've been banned from BoD

I didn't knew who to inform so here goes:
The ban is correct, I shouldn't advetrise other servers (he probably means advertise but okay).
The story:
There we were, a couple of -=[dMw]=-'s playing on the BoDserver. I saw atleast 6 -=[dMw]=-'ers playing so I asked for the others to join me on MeatHook. I then asked the nice people from BoD to join us for some TCS and this is where I went wrong. It's against serverpolicy to advertise for your own server, result: BANNED.
I take full responcibility for my actions.
Sorry to be a shame for the -=[dMw]=-Community. I just wanted to show other people the -=[dMw]=-hospitality and invite them over for a few rounds of TCS. I hope this doesn't affect me being a Charly or that I'm being dropped to Bravo status by this minor incident as I still would like to attend for -=[dMw]=-matches and so.

EDIT: BTW, it's not a permanent ban or so but still. I only asked if people wanted to join us for TCS on MeatHook and never gave any serverIP or so.

The rest of the admins didn't knew what happend but then again Adey is known for not really liking dMw.

Asking them to join us on our server for a game of TCS can't be much advertising... you don't really promote dmw, you just invite to a game as I see it. I can see their point, but still... from what you write, it does not seem like a "come on all, join our clan"-thing. Not that I think you would do that... Would/should such not result in a warning instead?

I know it's against their serverpolicy but it wasn't ment to be like: Everyone join -=[dMw]=- or so.
I just asked them if they would like a few games of TCS. Guess not.

I think you're a fairly intelligent guy so you've already figured the 'rights' and 'wrongs' of the situation. Given that you spend a lot of time there, it seems a bit harsh to ban you. Still, power is a funny old thing eh?

I do know what I've done wrong there but the punishment is quit harsh.
Must say that I didn't even start swearing or so (like I might once have done when I was a tad younger). Must mean you and the others from -=[dMw]=- are actually a good example for me Ron :flirty:.

Well, don't take any care of it DuVeL. Personally I think the BoD server has gone from bad to worse. I have stopped playing there because of lack of admin prescence on one hand and admins frequently abusing their power on the other. Take this opportunity to stop playing on BoD permanently.

To bad that my ping is quit high on the Axiaserver. LeRouge was playing on there and got kicked for a ping that was to high.

I don't want to challenge the ban but I think it's rather harsh.
You know I've been playing alot on BoD and that previously I've asked people like Prof, Teeny and R.D. and such to join us for some TCS aswell (it's another way of gaming as you know) and that didn't get me banned.
It's just that I only asked the BoD's that were playing to join us on MH (over VC and so), a.k.a. MeatHook for some TCS. I DIDN'T give a serverIP or what so ever nor did I gave them the -=[dMw]=-Website so you can't really say that I was advertising our server. I was just asking them if they wanted to join us.
As said:

I'm just sorry that you'd ban someone that fast.
I've also posted about this on the -=[dMw]=-Forums (which you lot can't see as this is an -=[dMw]=-Admin issue aswell).

The guys are big mouthed jerks anyway, dunno why you lot play there so much. Although Neth seems a decent guy he's let down by 90% of the rest of BoD who are just total jerks. I personally wouldn't even bother questioning the decision, i'd just not go back. Go find us all somewhere else to play Duv. :boxing:
