Yesterday evening whe played the map Train,but when i using amx-mod maplist i cant see the map?
Are there some maps missing?

I've tryed amx_map de_train_cz and it wasn't on, then I've decided to try: amx_map de_train and it worked.
BB was going to have a look in to it. Maybe we should add a maplist and some more maps on the public server Razer?

There are 114 maps on Meathook so I don't think it would be practical to list them all in the amx menu.

Can you please tell me then how i get the full list when im using amx-mod?
And how i change a map when its not on the list...

I don't think you can. You need to have the rcon password and combined with HLSW (http://www.hlsw.net/) it is dead easy. My suggestion is that you just try the "amx_map de_mapname" command for the map of your liking.

Regarding train you should avoid de_train_cz and stick to the old CS version of the map (de_train). The CZ version is really bad.

It is the same. I think all servers share the map folder.
