+4 Stats Chest

I bought this enchant earlier today for 1.5kG.  It only drops from Azu or two of the 4 dragons with something like a 1% drop rate.  According to the realm forums there are currently only 3 on the server Alliance side.

Having announced the purchase (mad I know), Pent suggested a contribution might be forthcoming from the Guild seeing as it is free to the Guild - this is a bit unusual I know, but wondered what everyone thought.  I made the purchase decision myself and do not expect something from the Guild for it, but if something were forthcoming it would be very nice and would go towards my flying mount costs.........

What say you?

Untill I read the last part, I thought you meant that you purchased it with the Guildbank money, in the past we've purchased alchemy recipes using the Guildbank and I think we could use it for Enchanting recipes aswell even if it's not as big of a demand for raids.

I suggest Guildbank restoring atleast half the gold.

Tbh, i dont know if guildbank should give out money for rare and expensive recipys. might be opening the floodgates, and we cant afford ot lose too much money.

I think there should somekind of refund for it but not all.
i would say 50% like kreuz mentioned. Also it moght be a good idea to keep that refund between the officers so that what bastet said does not happen (opening the floodgates).

I agree generally... at least 50% or the whole amount to get something that no one has in the guild, and that can actually benefit the whole guild
 
Personally i would've loved to have been asked beforehand, but alas sometimes the action needs to be taken before we can get everybody together to say aye
 
About the guildmoney, yes we need to be careful, but im building up quite a fond on SOGBANK by constantly selling Dark Iron stuff to people, as long as the supplies and mats keeps coming in from the MC raids and i think its a good idea
 
Let me know if some of the other guild banks needs some of that money for transactions, right now its just stockpiling

Re the being asked beforehand, I sort of agree, but I bought it for me as I did not have it but for Guild benefit too, it's just that when Pent mentioned the idea of a refund I sought of thought yeah why not, after all, I'll only ever benefit to the tune of one enchant myself!

What I suggest is that if you're happy to make a donation tot he cost then please send me a donation from a guild bank account (perhaps from Sogbank Padding?).  If no donation arrives I'm happy.  If a donation arrives I'll be equally happy.  

And I agree with Luna that it should be kept amongst the officers if such a donation is made.
