Arctic joined dMw' Alpha Company in January 2006 and has since racked up some 125 posts, mainly in the CS & CZ sections, so he's not exactly new here.

Well.... theres a slight problem, you cant transfer characters to Aszune, only from Aszune

Yep, Azsune is full and you can't create a new character on this server unless you already have one there. Transfers to 'full' servers are also closed.
 
However I can remember a Blizzard official say that they would increase the population cap when the expansion arrives, since there is more land mass and there will be more to do (more dungeons and so on), they don't want the servers to become to quiet; hence the new server hardware. Although I can't confirm that this will happen or if Blizzard revised there vision at some point.

I have a m8 that created a char on this serv only a week or two ago. First try he couldnt create more and said the server was full. He tried again a few days later and then there suddenly was room
