Dear Guardian Member

We have recently undertaken a review of RG1 attendance as required to support your Guardian membership.  As you know the attendance requirement for Guardian membership is 5 out of every 6 raids (holidays and compassionate absences excepted).

Our review found that you did not meet the required attendance standard over the last 10 raids and therefore we wanted to point this out to you before taking action to provide RG1 with the support and attendance it requires in order to progress.

Our attendance measurement system does not note who has posted on the forums about holidays, or temporary absences on compassionate grounds etc, so we have no idea without undertaking a manual cross-check with the forum's 'absence' threads whether your absences fell into these allowable categories. If it did and your attendance would otherwise have met the criteria then you should reply to this message confirming which of the last 10 raids you had posted in absence threads about so that we can make adjustments to our records.

If you have not met the attendance criteria then we would like to remind you that we will need to take action at the next attendance review if your attendance (with the above allowable exceptions) has not met the required standard.  Action in this case would mean the loss of your Guardian rank and your membership reverting to Soldier status.

We do not wish to lose *any* of our current Guardian members, but the Field Marshalls do have an obligation to *all* Guardian members to ensure that RG1 has sufficient attendance to ensure that we make rapid progress through our targeted raid instances.

We hope to find that at the next attendance review (after the following 12 raids) that you meet the requirement for maintenance of your Guardian membership.

If you are a Guardian Initiate please be aware that failure to meet attendance requirements will usually mean that you fail your Initiate trial and lose membership of the Guild.

We look forward to seeing you both at RG1 raids and in the RG1 queue to assist us in defeating the raid bosses we are currently working on.

This looks good but we already sent one of these out, and im not sure its actually helping anything

TeaLeaf

Yep, but this is a new review.  So we either kick now with no warning (which leaves us with 50% of a raid group, or do something.  This is something.  IF anyone has nay other suggestions please feel free to throw them into the ring.

Im ready to kick anyone who doesnt meet criteria.... including myself

lets send this and see again in a few weeks, till then, kicking now would lose 3/4 of the group, which might be a bit over the top.
