PM spiritus

I got the following PM from spiritus earlyer.

Quotedue of many happenings latley i've decided to pause my rg1 raiding.
this is cause of many things.

1. bastet called me a loot whore

2. bastet denied me of leaving raid at clok 22.30 coz then other ppl would follow, and that the reason work in 7 hours wasn't reason good enough for him. and he kicked me from raid 5 minutes later coz of that argue.

3. bastet later told me he probably owed me a appology for that insident, but didn't give me any.

4. i know ZG and mc/bwl/aq40 raids ain't the same.
but when a sog officer on a alt screams on TS that i don't need a item. and get TS all fussed up about it, it realy cracks my playing psyke..(allso bastet)..

5. i've been on top healing the last months and have focused all i can when i'm there, and then meet such resistance when i wanna get better loot from a officer. i can't do anything else then apply.

6. this struggle playing a multiclass char with so mutch resistance and NO understanding and by not giving me a chance to explain why has now killed my fun plaing my pally in RG1.

conclusion: all these points is the reason i have for have lost my fun for playing my pally in sog raids. and will therfor take my leave for a while. gl with further raiding. and hope you will get a fast speed trough aq40 and naxx

On these points, ill comment.
1. I said he was rolling on a lot of stuff in ZG that is not optimal for a paladin, also relates to 4, where i said that it was better for a dmg caster (Ring of servitude), not yelling.
2. I denied him cause it was right for a attempt, and he replyed okee then i am going to bed, ill just leave my char logged in till it logs out from AFK. at which point i kicked him from the raid and informed in /o. hence i didnt give 3.

I'd like to hear some more about this. We cant have any of our members feeling pressured by one of the officers.

Yes i know Spiritus isnt always accurate and can leave the raids at weird times, but i tend to look at the both sides of the coin to see the big picture

You should know that Spiritus is verry sensetive when it comes down to loot. When he says he gets yelled at whenever he wants something, he isn't actually being yelled at, but rather feels pressured. At least that is what I got out of the conversation I had with him. As for him wanting a lot of things not typical to the paladin class, I confronted him with this a few weeks ago, and told him that he should make a list of what he wants, and define why he wants it or for what purpose. Paladins and also other hybrids can use a lot of stuff, but most peaople don't understand it when they want something not "typical" to that class. Spiritus actually made that list, and it had that ring and two other items on it I believe. One of which was the neck from Hexxer.

I do believe that I can get him to stay, but at the moment he feels that Bastet has it in for him. I don't think it would hurt if we all were a bit more carefull about critisizing people. There is a lot of tension atm, we should not contribute to worsen it.

I agree, he certainly hasnt. Me and Marduk usually higest of the Paladins depending on how much im trying to make the list. Usually i heal the smartest way, not the hardest.

Hardest healing puts you on the list.

On an another unfortunate note i can tell that Mazii wants to leave the guild to join Equinamity since he cant raid mondays and other reasons.

Only reason im stating it here, is that maybe we could get Mazii into RG1 if Spiritus doenst want to raid anymore. Just an idea, but im trying to fill holes at the moment, and we need some extras to fill the gaps in RG1

Try to think about this fast and constructive.... might not be the conventionally methods here, but im trying to keep the guild together and move this guild forward

Might be a solution but i am just a bit afraid that RG2 wont take that in a good manner. I understand the way you are thinking and tend to agree but by doing that would we safe the guild or break it up even faster?

Get used to it. RG2 is now at the stage where we had problems holding on to ouor members . And we still seem to be losing members to them.
