I just have to ask: with such legislation regarding extradiction and not even ratified by the US - doesn't it make you brits feel uneasy?

I like easy questions.

Yes. Not because I have done anything (yet) but the fact that I could in the eyes of a foreign power have done something not illegal here and could find myself extradited to that overseas country without opportunity for trial or appeal under English Law.

Even when the USA part is ratified, I'm still not overjoyed with the legislation as is smacks too much of human rights abuse, not in a namby-pamby way, but in the 'the US & UK government are all too keen to use that kind of legislation' kind of way.  :thumbsdown:
