Not sure, need more information about issues surrounding him. Looking at just his Application and supporters i would.

If we invited these 3 all we would need to fill would be our Druid spot....

i think it is not a bad choose, he has healing done very hight so i say ok

Valdor:
not particulary geared but if we need a rogue we can take him, he will take gear things very fast

we are speaking about him in the other Thread,anyway is ok for me

luminance doesnt need replacing, he was a 8th rogue where there should be 7, however if the others fail to show up by all means feel free to invite a new one.

Was about to write the same... we dont need to replace him. was the 8th rogue. But I feel our rogues, some of them, will soon drop till the attendence req.

Why shall this been done in 1 day now?

I have away the hole weekend so I don't have hat the time to look in to this and are in someway surprice over the time this have been giving.

But nevermind we do need to act faster sometimes and this priest is one of this times, I think, so :dribble: gib priest :biggrin:

I think in generel we do need to act faster - because the decision to bring someone in or decline is not so big. Even if they get in and they dont live up to expectaions we can just kick em after trial period... 1 day is very fast but within like 2-3 max we should make the accept/decline decision...

Could we use 5-10 min before every raid to do applications if I continuous gather the applicants in a thread in here so we every Monday and Thursday make a decision about applications?

Applicants who comes in on a raid day are first made next raid day...
