Can I encourage Marshalls to have their discussions and post any thoughts about applicants in here please?  

Your very position within SoG will sway others in their comments and conclusions.  Let the members use the public area to have their say, then discuss and come to your own decisions on TS, or at worst in here.  

FMs are guilty of it too and we're trying to stop ourselves doing it.

Yeah agree TL, no reason for the "public" to read our internal comments on applicants.
