tactical mastery screwed up cos it has been moved...not very happy with the new talents. going for pure PvE dps build.

other possible build: remove anger managment and put its point into devestate or piercing howl, and or remove anger managment +1 point from iron will and have both devastate and piercing howl (these build still sacrifice 10def)

If I was you i'd drop Unbridled Wrath and put 5 points into Anticipation.

10 def aint sooo much, ime even currently thinking to respec and remove it. if the need arises for loads of def i have a def cloak+neckie

and unbridled wrath is important, more rage=more aggro

IMO drop imporved rend and put the points in tactical mastery.

as you have improved charge you will need to switch from battle stance to beserk stance after charging. and rend sux big time anyway, even at the improved level it will bleed less damage over its duration compaired to a normal heroic strike.
