Delay of paladin

I did receive PM from Bastet who he has forward from Lovercraft who is saying he is joyful about being accepted in SoG but he wants to spend his DKP in present guild. And he is webmaster/ML in he's guild and will have to hand the rights/password over to someelse before he will be ready to join us and he hope we will wait for him.
 
Is this delay okay with our guys?
