He is interessted in a guardian Spot but can only attend 2/3 raidnights, hes wife wont let him play more than that.

Whats your thoughs? we need some mages and he could help us out.

One of my best friends, really nice guy. Put him on trial and see if he makes attendance. Nice to have a mage that just fills the spots from time to time, since our general mages have extraordinary attendance

I'd rather find one with good attendance rather than someone we will have to find 'another half' for when they're not there. No offence to friends, but I would like steady high attendance mages, 2/3 nights.

if he can make 2/3 garanteed, i wont have a problem getting him in. however if its lower, then no go.

We should not take someone into RG1 that states to us up front that they will fail the attendance requirement. We would not accept someone into RG1 who said that, we should therefore not accept this application - an application which we have yet to receive. If we take part-timers for RG1 we just build a problem into the system for ourselves and that would be intensely stupid of us to do.

RG2 sounds just right for him though.

Well, mages need the attendance higher and i think there should also be 7 guardians as all other classes. Just because we have 2 officers as mages, doesnt mean that mages shouldnt have less competition for the spots

Lets say you get Xiaa as the 6th member, Zyriax could be the 7th and even creating a bit less competition for you, as he is not attending all raids

Lets get the conclusion done on this, im tired of discussion these things and no decisions are made

My decision then:

No. We do not need another part-time raider.

We get Sinap in on his mage as agreed in the other thread as we know his attendance should be good. With the other Mages retaining pretty much 100% attendance there is no reason to create a problem where none currently exists. We only have 7 in other classes where attendance is patchy at best.
