Unfortunately a build up of events has led to my decision to /gquit, the last event which tipped the scale was the 'LIFO' rule in BWL. Ok, I accept that it is diplomatic rule, but at the risk of being big headed, I believe it was a bad choice here. I was last in because I was helping another SoG member to kill a NPC, and by kicking me from the raid, RG2 loses 10% of total raid damage. This damage may not be crucial, but I can not accept being replaced by a much lower DPS class as a tactical advantage. I take this decision as a way of saying that I am not needed.

As I said there are numerous other factors in my decision, but this was the last straw. To be blunt, several Officers treated me as a child. I would rather leave now than argue with SoG officers anymore.

I'll see you guys around,

Regards,

Spi

It's a shame you decided to ignore my whispers after you /gquit and log off instead.

Being a member fo a raid group is about being part of a team.  There is no 'i' in 'team', we will occassionally have to sit and suffer for the team.  It's nto tactical advantage, it's not about the amount of your DPS, or the aggro your over-DPS brings, it's about working together for a result.

GL wherever you go and prepare to sit and wait for the benefit of the team.

Rules are rules, bend one once, and  you're most likely to do it again. If you'd soke up that info, and jus thougt "okay, i ****ed up, i wont do it again". I understand you being frustrated because you got kicked, but when you dont follow the rules, it happens, morally right or not.Anyways! cya, never raided with ya :p

Well I'm not surprised by this and if you decide to go...then go..... I realy expected a mature way of handeling. I think it was a reason for you to leave sog and there was your chance.... If the +10 damage don't matter, don't bring it up..

For leaving your team all I can say.....

I always had the feeling your would go more for the dps then taking a look at the thread/agro meters.......

I knew you as a nice person, but imo leaving the guild for getting kicked out of the raid for the benefit of the team, is no reason for leaving. Like you said there were other reasons aswell, good reasons hopefuly.
In all guilds you can imagine raid council's are making decisions for the benefit of the raid, mostly they ask you niceley to leave the raid for a more needed class. If they just kick you and not giving any reasons, that's something else, than i more likely to agree with you.

Anyways ofcourse i give you the best of luck,

Kind regards,
Spire.

Imo it seems like a bad move to /gquit, but hey i'm not you, and u aren't the only one who had to sit one out for the team, Aloha had to do it once to and he was replaced by a rogue in greens, he was p'sed off, really really P'sed off but you didn't saw him leaving now did you?

Might be wise to reconsider, if not.

Gl in ur new guild, hope you'll like it there.

regards,

Lumi
