As the 20 person raids currently need some help I have posted this to Luna too, to see if there might be any work there that be distributed.

Shep seems like a nice bloke, and if he wants to do more for the guild, RG2 needs another Marshall. He's more than welcome, this will also show him that we appriciate and respect him as a guild member. :happy:

yeah agree, Let mmake Shep a Commander or a Marshal. we need both atm right?

IMO ,seeing that Nefrion is going to leave the CL task, we can take him as CL/Marshal of paladins in rg2.( making a trial):happy:

Luna is going to talk to him about helping out with the 20 man raids as Luna is taking a 4 week break from it. As Shep said, he's not looking for power so this may suit him better (not sure). It would not involve getting Commander rank, just helping out, and maybe this is what he seeks. I guess we'll find out when Luna talk's to him.

You still need to give Shep both options. Marshall vs. Commander. Colead RG2 or 20 man.

I think you may have missed the bit of info at the beginning of the thread where it said he was not looking for power or status, just to feel he contributes more. And tbh it's not necessary to offer him both options. Nobody here thought you needed him before his PM, so why jump in and offer Marshall?

If you look at the 20s Luna is on a 20 person break for the next month (but still doing full FM duties), Menedil (Gilmarion) will be able to help only 1-2 nights per week max atm and Kregoron has some work issues which are restricting what he can do - hence I ended up leading the last 2 ZGs as nobody else was there. The 20s need his offer of help, but the Commanders are nto thinking of him as a Commander either, they just accept his offer of help.

What about Daedalus in the 20s?

It's okay if Shep can help our out in the 20s, but we do need another Marshall now where Nefrion have stop, that's why we said we could use him.

If I can be to any help in the 20s this day I have sign up, please say so, I will gladly help.

Daedalus is still being trained up for this role and is a Commander. Luna, Kreg and Gil do not envisage another Commander at this time, merely another pair of helping hands. GD I'm sure they'd appreciate the offer and I will post as such in their forum.
