For raiding after lvl 70 i would go for this one(MM spec), and while lvling i would have something like this(BM spec).

In the BM spec you could take the points out of Efficiency and put them in Improved Aspect of the Hawk, wich will get a buff in the patch/expantion.

My concern is that I seem to need two completely different specs, one to level from 60 to 70 and one to raid with. Right now I am a fairly typical hunter with all blue gear, a dwarven hand cannon and about 350 agi. Using the old 5-31-15 MM spec meant that even a couple of crit shots would have the mob away from my pet and all over me. It makes grinding a complete pain as I hate trying to like Lv57+ scarlet crusaders and if I hold back on the DPS the bear often dies before the mob. Doing enough damage to kill the mob without pulling agro is not easy.

For ages I was BM specced and things were much easier. The bear rareley lost agro and had enough armour/health to easily live long enough to let me kill the mob (even though as a BM specced hunter I was doing less DPS).

Nothing in the new telent choices seems to help, in fact if I go 41 points into MM thing will only get worse as my DPS will be even higher and my pet even less able to hold agro. There seem to be no telents to improve pet agro/threat generation.

Confused and bewildered :g:

Update: Bugger it I am going BM spec and you can all enjoy my 'Ferocious Inspiration'

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

Haha i had a blast in BG last night killing Priests, shammys and Druids! :roflmao:
Just max DPS and when they try to heal when their health are getting low Silence the *******S! :boxing: :yahoo:
So therefor aim happy with the new talents just need to get Addons sorted and tune in the points! BTW Arcane shot rocks just like u said Tana, crits for 1500 on Warriors are so nice:norty: Arcane are Über now

Tanales

yeh, MM for the win ;) and ive had a 5030 arc shot crit now :D on a mob in BWL though :P

...but any of you mighty hunters have a thought about grinding 60 to 70? Am I just crap or does anyone else have trouble grinding with a MM spec? (i.e. pet loosing agro?)

Anyone been in beta and seen any improvements?

What is the meaning of life?

Why are we here at all?

I need ANSWERS!

Can someone help me with a good specc .... my hunter is lvl 51 now and there for I need to do dps and my pet must hold the agro otherwise it's darn hard do ranged dps.

Keep in mind I need to lvl al the way throu 70. Reading that MM specc was good for tanales. Or shall I put it all into BM?
