We had a meeting about a number of things between the commanders.
Points are:
Revision of loot rules: We decided that it need to be done and we will look at it this weekend to the commanaders can read it and make their own notes what they like to have changed.
 
Commanders not beeing there: Lately due to me, mene and kreg having a break thing the commanders leading have been eratic. We need to change this and we gonna make a sceduel who can lead what raid. (COMMANDERS PLZ POST THE DAYS YOU CAN RAID IN THIS TOPIC).
 
Behavior from ppl: Some ppl seem to go balistic when they dont get it their way. (example woul be noevra last run). The commanders would like to work with the Fm and M on a solution for the guild and also that if they sigh behave like an A** in the 20 man they should not be able to join a 40 man raid. (personal note menedil would like to help on this but not if it involves noevra since that would be to personal).
 
The aqb and zgbank. Lately ppl are asking a lot for the banks and sometimes they expect you to relog every 5 min for  a scarab. this is understandable out of their point of view but for the bank holders this is very annoying. A solution would be spread the contents of the bank out over more accounts so ppl can talk to more ppl. Another thing would be making a calendar kinda thing that says when a bank is online and only then you can ask for your items wanted (fex after a 20 man raid).
 
Coins. Since we have a lot of coins from ZG we will start to hand them out for rep also. The coins price will be reduced cause the rep gained is lower. This means that the shoulder enchant will be cheaper. Also you can get 15 more honour tokens more now. (so 15 free 15 from bijous and 15 from coins). this will be more work for zgbank but should be doable. The price would be 30G for 45 coins.

This could be eazyly solved by making a post on the forums under announcements stateing: All request to AQbank and ZGbank will be handled X (1? 2? 3?) times a week on the following days: .....
Please dont contact the bankholders with requests but mail them to AQB or ZGbank where they will be processed on the days mentiond before.
And as before when requesting stuff, make sure you add a NUMBER or your request will not be granted.

I always ask for requests to be mailed ot me - I can then act on them in my own time without having to restrict myself to a timetable.  I log in to Guildybankee every day so almos tall requests are actioned within 24 hours.

Re Nutty Behaviour:
I have zero problem with people who behave like this having some kind of punishment.  Clearly it should be sanctioned or supported by FMs and I am open to suggestions as to how to implement such a system.  Personally if someone bailed on me in the middle of a raid he'd have a hard time getting into any raid of mine again without an apology.

im available to lead raids on tuesdays fridays and saturdays.. but id rather not lead on both weekend nights in a single week :)

daedalus can you handle zg tonight by yourself? i'll take aq20 tomorrow if thats ok

I agree on the example of Bastet and TL. Handling out the coins in your own time will be better as it will not obligate anything, and you can send the coins through mail.
 
And after each 20man run the bank comes online aswell, that way people can get theire wantend item or enchant right away.
 
I can lead 20man raid on tuesday, wednesday and friday. This will change if RG2 rading days will change.
 
Sometimes I get RL invites for eating a friends place but that varies from time to time.
 
Menedil, I'll take tonighs ZG run I don't see a problem with that only the looting thingy.....
 
About loot, Deadlyspirit talked to me about Masterlooting. He has got a point. When looting is begun and Deadly ask about people rep. it can take up till 4 minutes before all the info is there and Deadly can make a decision about who the loots get. He want this to be speed up.....specially when there are two mages (crowd control) and 1 is handeling out the loot...... Maybe I should consider an other class doing the Master Looting......

well, the speed at which you can ML depends on how much you trust the people that are rolling... usually i ask for people who ONLY have the required rep to roll (for epics), and i trust that they know what theyre rolling for and they need it and have the requirements for it, but as we saw a few weeks ago at ossirian sometimes people can be idiots.

quest item drops are a bit different, most people have them already etc, what i do is call for ALL to roll who need it, then ask "those who have the required rep please say now" and give them 15 seconds or so, and give the loot to whoever rolled highest out of the people that said they have rep, or the highest roller overall if no one said they have rep. basically assume that if people havent replied within the 15 seconds, they dont have the rep. ofc this can sometimes mean someone who goes afk after rolling might miss out on a quest item, but thats their problem for going afk/tabbing out during loot/whatever... i havent really found that looting goes slowly very oftne when im ML'ing, but I can understand that newer MLs might be more cautious.

I agree with mene here. I myself am not the fastest ML but i can do it fairly fast cause i normally know who i can trust.
 
About the raiding days. In theory i can attend all except the tuesday 1. However i only want to do 1 to 2 20 man raids max a week so i will see when other commanders cant and do those raids.
