Before this getting to work i would say talk to the preffered ppl first. Even so we need another candidate. Also i would like to know how FM and M will help the MC runs it not something you master in a day.

I'm at work now I printed all out and I'll be on TS tonight. I can even stay longer online after tonights BWL run.

Yrthal - Never seen him lead or anything.. He tried to start a run as TL said... but...

Shadowscream - Nice guy, not affraid to talk on TS if i recall it correct... Yes

Zabard - I dont really remember this guy.. :S

Clawhammer - Think he could be a nice Rleader... talks on TS more then most... He is fine by me..

Greatdanes - Seems to be a okay leader... Yes

Siffredi - I cant remember how his leading skillz is.. :S

Umbra - I agree a bit with TL on this one... Great chap but duno how long it would keep his interest -.- No

Oneangel - good leader.... Yes

Luthor - I think he would be a okay leader... BUT he has a happit to try to take over the runs and go solo.... so we would need to keep a eye out for a while i guess....

I would like a TS meeting with the (ex) commanders to talk about stuff. And ASAP. Which means wednesday would be best. After discussing it internal we should talk to the FM after.

THere seem to be some problems at the moment with the routing or DNS management on the redirects. Try accessing through //www.deadmen.co.uk/forum - the forum was up this whole period.

Okay Here I go.... as I didn't hear all people on TS or not sure if I did spoke to them.

Yrthal - He is still in the learning phase as far as I know...(afaik). Needs more practise I think. ...NO

Shadowscream - I'm not totally with this guy..dunno...I get a strange feeling with him/her..... NO.

Zabard - I can recall Jemeny helping out and knew what he was doing. I also liked the critics he gave me (not mend in a wrong way), meaning he will give his comments..... I say YES.

Clawhammer - Clawhammer is a nice and dedicated person. YES

Greatdanes - Seems to be a okay leader... Yes

Siffredi - Siffredi is one of my favorites, I do know his contribution could be to much to handle....but I would like to have him onboard... Clear voice.....YES

Umbra - I have no experience with him...I cannot say go or no go....

Oneangel - dispite of the low volume of his voice sometimes, I think he is doing a good job... YES.

Luthor - Clear to understand, not affraid to speak on TS. Would remain calm..... YES

I am realy sorry for the delay, but as posted above I wasn't able to get on the forum yesterday, were there problems?

One last thing on my comments.....It's realy hard to tell whether people are qualified for leading or not. Most people I didn't see leading anything but that doesn't mean they are not up to it. A trail would be a idea....

well atm i think we should get the 3 candidates we think are qualified and approach them and i would to select those with the (ex) commanders on TS asap. So i hope ppl are online tonight (same goes for me i got a new modem to install).
