If you press show all on attendance site and a name is in italic it means the person is currently inactive and hasnt attended a raid in 2 weeks time if i recall correctly.

This are the guys under 66% the last 90 days.(minus new people).

To see Risingstar @ 61% and we have demoted him, seems a little unfair to/for him or we will have to demote the rest ASAP.

Maybe bring Risingstar back, and PM the following to up their attendence or get demoted;

Outcastius - 52%
Priori - 39%
Sebas - 35%
Tlor - 61%
and a suggestet add Risingstar, tho he hasent raided a month and I dont see anywhere him telling us this.

He did tell us that he had a child, and therefore wouldnt raid in a while... I think we need to send out the pm to those and give them a week to respond - if no responce or negative responce = demote. If they say they can hold up attendence give them 1 month if they dont improve = demote.

Quotei agree, but sometimes (like in this month my girlfriend in hospital) rl gets 1st pick.
I think from of next week i will raid every week agian :smile: so hope you don't kick me to soldier.

And once every the 6-7 weeks i need to do some school work, somtimes like this week it's more than other times. If this happens i will post it on the forum. Tonight i will be ontime for the raid (if the boss lets me go in time :happy:)

The current list, tho Priori talked to me on TS one night, telling me that he was reading it, ill SMS poke him now and retur with in a short period of time with his reply.. Tlor... no reply from him what so ever.
