Werdana - DEMOTE! 17% att. last 90days.
Sebas - needs to up it. (57% / 90days)

Asmoden - Demote, mis-used our trust twice.
Jemeny - 86% / 90days

Comment please. Do we agree on sending out PM's telling these people they get demoted due to bad attendence?

Risingstar do have a 63% attendance!!!!(overall)

This means we will have to demote a lot of guys since 63% is the limit for him.

Why is he Italic on the att. site? and only to be found under the mages tab. And I didnt say DEMOTE asap, it was merely a suggestion.

But his last raid was a month ago, did he stop playing since his noted with Italic?

And thats Risingstar we are speaking about.

Regarding Priori, he did get a warning some time ago, and has improved attendence, but is it enough, also bear in mind that if we get another great attending Hunter = more hunters may have to sit one out....

We got following people below 63% attendance(overall):

Priori - 40,9%
Sebas - 36,4%
Aloha - 59,1%
Noevra - 59,1%
Saori - 40,9%

When we measure on Att.site. is it overall we go for?

It needs to be 66%+ aye?

If so these 5 people needs a PM telling them to up their attendance.

it should be last 90 days or so we monitor and yes they need to be above 66%. We shouldnt monitor anything further behind than this cause its long time ago and isent current

Tothan - 43% (is demoted)
Werdana - 17% (is demoted)
Asmoden - 13% (is demoted)
Risingstar - 61% (is demoted)

This are the guys under 66% the last 90 days.(minus new people).

To see Risingstar @ 61% and we have demoted him, seems a little unfair to/for him or we will have to demote the rest ASAP.
