What you would bring to the guild? I know my class well so i will bring good druid skills and im active in guild chat.
Anything else? I dont have attunement to Naxx yet, but i have the quest so i will be soon. Im going last year on high school so i cant raid later than too 2230-2300, b'cuz i have to do homework and read to tests. I cant raid on Tuesday's , b'cuz i have football practice.

Im going last year on high school so i cant raid later than too 2230-2300, b'cuz i have to do homework and read to tests. I cant raid on Tuesday's , b'cuz i have football practice.

First of all if he doesn't start to do his studies before 23:00 in the evening, I think his school won't stand much of a chance <_<
If it's something I always does, it's finishing that kind of stuff before the raid start (or on non-raid days).

Secondly, I wonder if some folks actually read the requirements for the different raiding memserships, cause as he has stated that Tuesdays are a no-go, and he can never stay untill the end, there is no chance that he can make the 5/6 attendance requirement

Spoke to Rados today - explained he woudl fail attendance and asked him about RG2.  He can make RG2 raid days and could push to 23:00.  He asked to be considered for RG2.

i would say no...
1st. He cant attend any Tuesdays.
2nd. He cant stay till the raid ends any day.
 
That would bring his attendence to below 66%... for RG1 ofc.
 
for RG2. it would "just" cap ½-1 hour of raid each monday and sunday.

Ofc he can stretch it to 23:00 , once in he probably will fall back after a while.... and therefor a no go for me.... However we can use druids to ZG and AQ.
