Why do you want to join SoG? Because its seems to be a nice and good guild, and i like raiding
What you would bring to the guild? hmm...hunter skills^^, helping alts and doing quests whit guildies...
Anything else? I dont know what a sponsor means, and im not sure if im joining if i cant join any raid group...

As the GS Leggings he has are BOP he must have been into MC, so I assume his 'No' to MC Attunement is a mistake and it should be a 'Yes'.  This then resolves the Honoured with Hydraxian Waterlords question!
