Zyla from Eureka

This post is actualy for everybody because it involves everybody.

During uur first SoG - One run in MC I got a whisper from Zyla. Zyla is a mage in Eureka and she is after the NE Tier 2 leggings. Because her/his guild isn't going to MC anymore she/he was wandering if she/he could join for an MC run. She/he is willing to pay for it.

She/he is after the Netherwind Tier 2 leggings from Ragnaros.

I told her/him that I will bring this up as it was clear that I cannot make a decision about this on my own.

What do we do?

Well, i would say its okey. if there aint enough SOG to fill the raid.

He could be allowed to roll like anyone else. maybe a price of gold isnt the thing. but more a you must attend like 5 MC raids. to earn em?

If attendence is a problem ofc. else a amount of gold would seem fair. in the neighbourhood of 300-500g i reckon. or even Flask of titans payment.

and where have you imagined that the gold of the flasks should go to?!?

All to the guild bank ofcourse.... But I realy need to know this before say anything usefull about it. Again this should be mentioned to everyone before the raid begins, and maybe it's better to do this with our RG2 MC run instead of SoG - One. Also we can clear it up to Ragnaros and I can give up my spot so she/he can comes in for Raggy only. If this gets a go I prefer RG2 run because the probability that the mages have their leggs is bigger. I think all alts will go nuts when T2 legs passes their noses....

I also would like to see that marshalls and field marshalls look into this. TL can you copy this to other section of the forum (not yet the public one)?

This topic has already been discussed in FM, but warrants further discussion and a conclusion. The fact it is that the reaility is a little sooner than anticipated, but hey ho. Thinking.

well if wee chose to do it on a rg2 night i would say rg2 mains = priority, im pretty shure some of the new mages in rg2 could have benefit of them..

I agree with Daed.

If she should get a chance to get her leggins then with RG2.
SoG One is a run for SoG members only.

And IF we are taking ppl to fill the spots why not take some frome "Argh Crap Leggit" wich i understand is a "DMW" guild. And since they are so nice and host this forum for us, we could help them get some gear and fun out of this game, and invite them to some runs fx SoG One, AQ20 and ZG if we need some spotts to be filled.

The buttom line is, i dont think we should take her in since some of our mages need them aswell! And i would rather see our members get geard instead of some frome other guild.

They got so great gear themselve, then why dont they find a day to do it themselve, with their gear its shouldent take more than 3 hrs MAX! And why even bother getting them when they raid AQ40 / naxx??

At the moment I would say there is sufficient call for these leggings to not take others along. As for ACL, they're more interested in the 5-10 man instances and very 'low organisation' runs, but by all means invite someone if you want to fill a spot. ACL are however just a guild that was set up by a dMw member, they are not the dMw guild, that's SOG's position!

I spoke with ACL, some of them at leat, are very much interested in joining up with us for the weekly raids. maybe even the 20 man ones. would like to have a discusion about allowing them to invite, i understand you TL applaud it already.
