The New RG2

Ok we have had a lot of issues in the past and im not going to sugar coat what i mean in what i say below.

We have had many players come and go quite a few due to loot either moaning about what they did/didnt get. Some due to not being able to raid certain days, some due to moving to other servers and some just because their attendance sucked.

This is the time we are now going to rebuild RG2 as many of our raid group are new so for the next few weeks at least we will be going back to Molten Core and spending as much time gearing up and allowing everyone to get to know each other again.

Now im going to be completely honest if you dont like that leave go to righteous as so many have you will be replaced i want to have our fun raids back again with no moaning, yes we are recruiting and help us find others to join ask your friends etc. We want to make this raid group last even if others dont want it to.

So i want all RG2 support in rebuilding our raid group by going back to Molten Core and getting our numbers up again before attempting BWL again.

The next few weeks will be tough yes but we are a raid group can do it, so lets do a full MC clearance on Thursday and show them we still have it!

May I also remind you to the fine loot that drops on AQ20/ZG20. As this can be a major improve. Think about the books that drop there as well (class books) and the ZG enchants (helm and leggs). And try to get an +20 FR enchant on your helm.....extra FR is usefull as the +15 FR cloak enchant....

Now plz do as DarkAngel told, if you find it not acceptable. Let's make a solid new RG2 and kick the hell out of bosses......

And as far as I'm concerned don't show up if you tend to leave the raid half way.......... My two copper.

I hear you Rageful, I also want those fun raid nights, I remember before ( about 3-4 month ago ) we used to laugh at our wipes, ofc it's not funny to wipe but my point is we took it so lightly and the game for the fun not because it is our lives or our job.

Btw to our leaders. I think we still are gonna do mc in one nite, cause we prob will have our core with us here. Think of what we can do our other nite raiding if that happends.

This Italian thing and other issues are not what we wanted, but something we have to phase.

Devout I know we can make a full clearance in one night...

Last thursday was the fastest progression through the instance till we killed Garr....... He was down 20:45 which is a good indication...but suddenly we lack of focus......

Garr down on 20:45 will let you kill Geddon and Shazzrha at 21:20 (maybe even faster)....... with no wipes we killed Sulfron and Golemagg on 22:00....That means Ragnaros down before or at 23:00.....

And make sure everybody READ the forums as I think the new ones hardly do or know how to.....

Great mc agan.. probely the best thing to do, but man i hate that rg2 is in this situation.

sorry but i need to think my sisuation over agan. to agan fall back where we had some good progresse and restard agan for the second time needs some thinking from my site of vieuw. :g:

as you probely know i applyed for rg1. So mebay you think that i souldnt whinn, ore say anny thing. but im for now in rg2 and if not aproved to rg1 i probly stay a rg2.

If you want this to work. we need some set rulls on the folks that want in our guild. Dont just blindly accept evry one that applyes for rg2 but get some real background info. ore you probely get the same problems as now.
Hope this works out. And will let you know my disicion to stay ore not sortly.

I think this is a very wise and mature decision. I have what I need in MC but I am more than happy to go back there to gear up some new people!

Yeah Noevra RG2 really needs to watch who they are inviting- even if it is people with good gear. They might just wanna join RG2 to get loot and then advance to RG1 when they feel they are getting stuck! Deja-vu?

And I also second the idea of ZG and AQ20 runs! There are really good drops from those instances.

You got my support. This is a needed step, not only for gearing up, but for brushing up on working together. And I second Daedalus' and Nefrion's suggestion for going to ZG/AQ. Using some stuff from those places myself.

It is unfortunate that a single group of people leaving can cause this, but just be aware that Danu and Righteous are also suffering the same so you are not alone. Focus on the MC stuff, the Commanders are running ZG/AQ stuff anyway, so wach non-raid night you'll have stuff to do in those instances. If enough signup there might even be two runs each night.

Oh and by the way...... going into instanced will make you gear up.... eventually you will get good stuff out of it. I always thought ZG wasn't for pallies....well I am sure wrong about that... At least 5 things I use from there.....in the end you will get that better item...

Let's focus on tomorrows raid and show something we can be proud off....

Drinks at the inn on me afterwards!!!
