May I suggest a meeting between FMs and Ms to set out what needs to be done.  It is clear from today's discussion that some comms and common agenda needs to be set and discussed.  The goals for RG2 also need to be set and the level of help needed for RG2 from RG1 agreed.

I agree, and urgently too, cause if we dont get a grip soon there wont be anything left to help
