He doesn't have the best gear of all the hunter that are currently applying, and I don't see anybody answering on the replies. This is mostly due to the fact more and more people are just applying without a sponsor. So you never know what you bring into the group...
 
As gear isn't that much of an issue (Siff was right about that) it comes down to the motivation of people.
 
We lost 3 hunter or more lately Marshalls of RG2 plz look in to all the application to fill up the empty spots and maybe even upgrade soldiers.
