dMw LAN III - Provisional Agenda

At previous LANs we have been able to do things in a relatively ad hoc fashion and organise games through out the weekend in a satisfactory fashion. Bearing in mind the number of peeps coming to dMw LAN III we will need to bring a little bit of formality to the agenda in order to make the weekend work (for example we will have more people there than the maximum number of spawn points for many maps). We do not want to control the entire agenda, just provide sufficient organised activites such that the LAN runs smoothly and people are entertained.

These are the ideas so far:

- Large team CS League
- Small team CS Knockout Cup
- UT2003 Tournie

I have left out a lot of other games (eg MOHAA, SOFII, GR, RTCW, FA etc)because this is where I would like you to help out.

Please post your preferred games here. Also please post whether or not you will have the ability to provide fully working copies to other peeps at the LAN ::coughs::

I got Black hawk down, bf1942, Project IGI 2, No one lives forever 2, freelancer and james bond 007 nightfire thing.

Oh and about 15Gig's of films.

i hear the deathball mod for ut 2003 is really rather good, just like a big game of football, 1st person speedball on acid if you will !!!!
mohaa/spearhead for definite, ut2003 but mostly CS and beer !!.

Prizes !! What about having a prize for each of the tournament sections...i have a couple i would be willing to donate.

i still have the golden gun prize from last LAN which was decided to go 2 TL but he had left when we made the decision!!!! but i will also put up the golden gun prize for this LAN, the prize being a replica glock.
[for all u new lanners the golden gun is sort of a players player award, given for outstanding contribution to the lan and the experience of the lan.]

Is that the same golden gun that was awarded to Oldie at the first Lan ??

nope, he got a golden spud gun, TL got a full size silver degal replica and now im putting up a full size glock replica.[ this one actually fires bb's, unlike the degal which got broke]
