I will to dicuss this guy, Priori who is now upset about he was not allowed to raid last night with SoG One (Something i dont understand!).

He has not raid with RG2 since 31th October(according to the attendance site) and can't join tonight aswell. He has previous been given 2 warnings because of his low attendance. Is it not about time to replace him?

Imo hes a slacker who wants to be in with us for the social and for loot - hes not a serious raider... so agree...

Lets have a chat with Priori and see if he has an explanation for the absence.
If he dont come up with a damn good reson(i mean if he have been dead or something) replace him.

(i know i was absencet for a month without posting which i did as soon i was back tho) no excuse

As we agree on last night(they who hasn't leaved), I have send a PM to Priori about we are going to demote him. I will like if we doing it, after he have read the PM(will send a ingame message to him as soon the server is up again).

To what I have answered:

lol only missed 3 raids??? and his attendence is like 57% after 60 days and 33% 30 days - my god you have no control of how often we raid eh???

We did give him 1 warning in typing but i do not think a 2. in a mail... However this is enough to demote him, i would say lets do it asap so were rid of him...

I have had a chat with him MSN, and RL. And as far as I can tell, he dosent have the time for RG2 raiding. He's more a casual player, so demotion is the right thing to do.
He can play casual on ZG/AQ20/SoG One - not in RG2. We need people to show up.
