Promotion to Defender?
Hi DA,

Ive been thinking my resignation over and strangely I have found myself attending all RG2 raids and SoG One raids after I stepped down. The reason why I stepped down was that I felt I let me GF down several times due to raiding. I didnt like what I had become. Seems that I have found a balance which seems to work. So now I am ready to step up as a Defender once again if needed.

My attendance was not 100% when raiding and it probably never will be. I am a trainee and will have to go through some school periods where I cant attend for a week or two. I know RG2 has problems with attendance so I just wanted to let you know my raiding situation. Al tho my attendance will not drop below 66%! You may wanna discuss this among the other Marshalls.

Since Nefrion sure has the experience in RG2 and he can attend more then 60% of the raids i would like to have him back.
Rogues like Nefrion dont grow on trees tho:narnar:

No problem here and with Jemeny out some time we will could use a 8 member of rogues.

8 might be the magic number. Get yourself enough to ensure that on any one night you are not short. better to have an overflow of 1 or 2 members in each class than to be short and cancel the raid. Just use the LIFO thread in the class forum to keep the rotation going for fairness.

As a side note, maybe suggest Nefrion the CL spot? - He know his class better than most.

Ahh - I am not to fansi about that because of 2 things -
1. He has said he will not change target from Firelords to a Fire Spawn, if he have got combo points on a Firelord(bad message to give other rogue after my opinion)
2. I did have a personly thing with him recently who does my trust to/on him are not the best.

but true, he is a great player and the must experienced rogue we have atm.
