A idea?

How about making a poll about a possible 3rd raid day for rg2?

I think if we get a bigger buffer say 8 per class and bring in a 3rd raid day for doing bwl 2 days? As i want to progress and we wont with just 2 days.

We want to get further before expansion.

What you think? Shall we do another poll? Attendance review increase/decrease in responce to 3rd day?

Lets debate it.

A week ago we lacked alot of RG2 memebers yesterday we had to call a raid becuse ppl didnt show up...and now we are discussign a 3 raid day.
I cant see that a 3 raid day is in reach for RG2 at the moment tho,eventually yes but at the moment i think ppl need to get used to each other since we have alot of new memebers.

I will have to agree with Wierd here... a 3rd day atm will not be realistic from my wiew of this, since we have to call raids because of low attendance.

Imo we need to review our members and advice those who doesnt meet our req. Perhaps even boost the req. a bit? I think there are many in RG2 who would love another raidday, and with a bigger buffer of ppl we will sort out who really there for RG2 and whos just playing/fooling around...

so what u basicly means is if ppl arnt ready to raid 3 days we might aswell boost them out from RG2 and increase the requirement for instead.
To me that sounds a bit odd but hey im a priest and dorf so dont excpet to much.
I also want progress in BWL,and if we gone increase the req. for RG2 make a post on it and let every RG2 member vote so we can take it from there-

I dont think RG2 is quite there yet, on a third raidday, and getting more members will = more gear needed from MC, and you cannot count on a balanced raid group. (gearwise)

With the speed we are currently showing in MC, our old raidschedule is not that far off, and then maybe a 3rd raidday.

Yea Sazgul - maybe a week more with this raidschedule and then back to 3 times BWL / 1 MC over 14 days schedule sound more sensible.

I am really pleased to see RG2 starting to consolidate and advance again. Posting new speed records for RG2 is a sign of the improvement and I am sure that the new recruits will gear up real quickly. Sub 3 hour MC clearances say you are at a kit level to cope with BWL again. The trick is making the transition to BWL whilst still incorporating the MC to make sure that people have their full sets and weapons, then that they do not spend too long each week wiping. It will be important to focus on BWL progress on non-MC time and be creative in the way you use your raid time to ensure people turn up. For example, don't be afraid of stopping MC after say Geddon to then go work on BWL for the remainder of the night. Likewise you can get the raid formed on an announced MC night and then go to BWL for an hour, then go clear MC. Do whatever it takes to keep the raid full and just keep pushing them along!

Once you start seeing progress in BWL then you'll find interest picks up again of its own accord. However at this time it is difficult to see what an extra raid day woudl add ot your schedule as you are too fast in MC to spread it out over two days and that would inevitably mean 3 days per week spent wiping - and that's enough to destroy the soul of a lot of people. I hope in the future RG2 might see a 3rd raid day, but the consolidation is the focus at the moment and you folks seem to have that well under control, keep up the good work!
