Charlie Company

I'd like your opinions on the requirements for advancement to Charlie company for CS regulars.  
I have 4 members of Bravo company (Kreg, Othbarty, Marduk and Soonjung) who are excellent TCS players and would like to play in matches (and I'd love to have them).  I've tried to manage this by posting in the Bravo forum but it would be a lot easier if they had access to Availability, team tactics, teamspeak details etc.  I'd like to propose them all for Charlie but as they've only been in Bravo for around a month, I'd like your feedback on the criteria for advancement to Charlie company.

I fyou need to advance them then please do. Consider anyone from Bravo as available for matches from here on so long as they are aware of not dual clanning.
