so i went to the dokter monday. for a normal check up. and well some blood whas taken.
today i got the resolts.
30% blood lose compaired to 2 years ago.
like yeah okey thats kinde foked to say the least.
I fealt thiered the last cople of month but have ADHD so figurt mebay i finaly had slowed down:g: figher thats not what mad me slower but the lose if iron in my blood and the vitamins and stuf...

They have no idee where the loss of blood comes from, AND more strangly where it hase gone.... (i fear vampires

) but well the loss of blood have some strange effect on you social behavior. Like i get mad verry fast(says the dokter (girlfriend already confumed this)) dont know if this happent. if so im sorry. I tent to give ub soner because im more tired soner... (dont know if this so. but if so im sorry)

and well i cant seem to consentrait on one subject for to long (like this whas ever so

)

so the dokter reconse this is slowly sneaked in to my behavior the past year. and (afther my girlfriend) i spent the most time with you folks. So if you noticed anny thinky and thought man that ^&$%... im verry sorry.

now if they dont find anny selosion to the blood loss soon, i probely will be get commited in a hospital. But have good fath that that will not happen:)

and if it thas. Well i recon i reather have this happening to me then anny one i like ore love. So.

So.. Did you loose actual blood, or 'just' the iron and vitamins in it? either it doesn't sound that great, but I hope you'll get through it just fine

ADHD is like when your verry active and stuf... its a dutch sortish for somting... dont recall what.

and i lost the blood. 2 years ago i had like 7 liters ore somting and now i got around 5 liters.

Hmm.. Don't continue that '1 liter blood loss each year' thingy, cos you won't live that long if you do :ohmy::sad:

so stop that! And if you know any vampires personally, try and talk to em and find out if they've been drinking of you regularly :eyebrow:

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, cant concentrate or keep still, etc. not sure if this is related to 'actual' blood loos, though has been linked to a lack of certain vitamins etc, mainly vitamin B I think and that omega something or other (eat lots of fish).
Go do some physical activities, eat healthily, should help m8

P.P.S. your body replaces lost blood relatively fast, on the order of pints in days, so if it's down over a period of years, something very odd is happening. Of course i'd liek to know how they measure how much blood is in you since it's spread out quite alot. I'm hoping you just meant levels of something in your blood.

Nah Greg, they tab you dry for a few minutes and poor the blood into a big bowel, and then quickly puts it back in again

Its not known to be a healthy method and the chances of dieing during the messurement is relatively high :sad:

they measure the level of iron per euhmz liter (not liter but what the took out of me) in the blood and make a astemid. I get checked evry year ore so because of my medical history. And just because well i want a check up. Did the same check up in januari 2. evry thing whas okey then. but compaired with 2 years ago (yeah the keep records) the blood level whas already a bit low. But it seems this time it discresed even more. even faster. The doctor told me to make a aponment with a specialist. So ganne do that soonish. and hope the find somting. the think it can be 3 thinks (without doing anny test so dont know if it's one of these)
1. there is a hole in my guts/stomic and the bloods get in to my stomic. (but then i had to be nauseau and thats not the case)
2. a faine ore more is broken insite my bodey. and the blood is not directed the right wy treu out my body. and the substences that i normaly get out of the blood get losses in the progress.
3. im alergic to some kind of food and my stomic ore kideny is some where broken because i nigleted it.

But a day or two in hospital wouldn't necessarily be too bad - you could bump into a couple of hot nurses you know:D

Don't worry too much about 'only' having 5 liters of blood, 'cause the normal amount for an adult person is 4-5 liters. I would worry if you had 7 liters.

And when we're talking about low blood percent, it refers to the amount of red bloodcells. To continue the creation of red bloodcells you need 'iron', 'vitamin b12'.

When you have a low blood percent it can be caused by lack of 'iron and vitamins', it can be caused by problems in the bonemarrow, where the bloodcells are created or it can be caused by an internal bleeding somewhere in your body - but then you would have noticed it sooner and you would feel worse, than just tired.

ofc other issues can cause loss of blood, but what do I know - I'm not a doctor. :learn:

Personally I assumed they were talking about number of red blood cells (which are what give it the red pigment, and if I understand right could be measured by measuring the quantity of iron in a given amount of blood plasma, which noevra said they did). Lower red cell count would result in lethargy and such.
