Attendance - Whose Responsibility?

I know Tanales is working on a web solution to help us plan attendance, but in the mean time I would like to propose the immediate appointment of one member of each class to liaise each week with other class members to confirm to FMs the projected attendance for the coming week.  If needed this job can be rotated, but it would help massively if the FMs had a single person in class reporting back on the expected attendance of others for the coming week.

If we know of a potential problem in advance then we can try to plan around it.  How about asking the following people to report to FMs once per week (by Wednesday) on the projected class attendance for the following raid week (Thurs -> Tuesday) and to do it until the end of the year as an experiment?

Rogues - Dagthara
Warlocks - Jantore
Priests - Jeebus
Paladins - Soalra
Druids - Akall
