Hi Lucian

First off I would like to thank you for keeping us in the loop in terms of availability, it has helped us plan a  little better.  However having experienced the last couple of months (which has been particularly poor for hunters as a whole, not just you) we have got to a stage where we need to have greater consistency in RG1 if we are to have any chance of downing C'Thun before TBC.  I know this has been discussed via PMs in the past and on TS, but with regret I am confirming that we are going to have to demote you to Soldier.  I hope this relieves some of the pressure of trying to attend raids during what I know you have said is a busy period in RL.

On a more positive note, I know you said your availability will change in the new year and this coincides with the release of TBC.  Major changes in the way we raid will be introduced under TBC and therefore you could look upon this as a temporary change until the reorganisation the Guild raiding will need under TBC.  

Thank you for the time, effort and contribution you have made to RG1 in the past, it has not and will not be forgotten.  After all, who could forget some of the epic if not legenedary TS comments and songs!

I hope this mesage is received in the kind spirit with which it is sent - someone has to deliver the decision of the Field Marshalls!
